Bee Balm, or Monarda didyma, produces a bright pinkish red flower and blooms in the middle of summer


It enjoys full sun and typically grows between 3 and 4 feet tall


A delicious syrup that can be mixed with water or seltzer can be made from the petals of Bee Balm. It is also great for attracting bees, butterflies and hummingbirds
